Terms of Service

By accessing and using Alfred, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which are governed by the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the Software Law (Law No. 9,609/1998) of Brazil.

1. Right of Regret

In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, users who subscribe to the service maintain the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of subscription. We ensure full refunds for requests made within this period.

2. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, interface design, proprietary algorithms, marks, and content available on this platform are protected under Law No. 9,609/1998 (Software Law) and Law No. 9,610/1998 (Copyright Law). The "Alfred" name and identity are exclusive assets of Valt Ventures.

Unauthorized extraction, reverse engineering, reproduction, or use of the service's protocols is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

3. Limitation of Liability

Alfred acts as an AI-powered assistant. While we strive for absolute precision in administrative tasks, users remain responsible for the final validation of legal documents and financial filings generated through the platform.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian Law. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the Forum of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with the waiver of any other jurisdiction.
